What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is as stated per hour. If an agreement is decided between the customer and Joshua Business Consulting to enter an improvement plan, then pricing will be per contract as described in the contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - 2 hour initial discovery meeting. Following the discovery meeting, either follow up sessions will be irregular as the customer requests and charged per hour, or regular as the customer requests and charged either per hour or per contract.
