I messaged John regarding an exhaustive laundry list of long ignored “to-dos” around my home (consisting of electrical, drywall repair, carpentry, painting, etc). He replied quickly, called to discuss in more detail and was at my home tackling the list within two days of initial contact. Thus far, John has been nothing short of highly responsive, personable, flexible, capable, fair, extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about even the smallest of tasks.
