I am so glad I chose Tim Jackson from Alliance Plumbing. He was here and done with the job in an hour. Even with problems with very old faucets. I needed leaks fixed in both my tub and bathroom sink. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone conversation to determine plumbing or repair needs. Once proposal is accepted - we will agree upon a service time. Payment is due upon completion of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Health Department of Allegheny County Registered Master Plumber #2555.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Did volunteer work alongside a plumber when I was 18. He hired me to work through summer vacation and I have enjoyed plumbing ever since.
