Hello John, We are sorry for your bad impression. When we first spoke I explained in detail how our pricing works. We charge a $39 service fee to show up and inspect your system. If you chose to hire us, the fee is waived. I then told you what the base rate would be for simple repairs. You agreed and asked us to come to your home. Within four hours of our discussion, one of our technicians was at your doorstep. It was a hot August day so we did our best to get to your house so you wouldnt have to deal with the heat for long. Our technician diagnosed the problem and charged you exactly what we discussed on the phone, and the $39 fee was waived. He called me once he completed the job to confirm the pricing. In addition, If you research what the charge is for a capacitor replacement you will find we gave you a low/very reasonable rate. We are very respectful to our customers, placing value on their business, and thier opinion. Your 1 star rating is very disappoitning, even confusing. I called you to discuss the matter as maybe I am missing something. You never called back. We appreciated your business but I would appreciate it even more if you gave us a fair assessment/rating. Joe
