Because it was an outside job that required some digging and cement work, the frigid and wet weather became a factor. But Bob stayed abreast of conditions and got the job done at the soonest convenience. He was also very responsive to questions and provided frequent status updates. I was very happy with the outcome.

Bob Dandi is amazingly professional to work with - he came to my house promptly, personally checked out the problem areas (porch spigot and basement pipes), and even took cell phone photos to help describe the issues. Bob promised I would be contacted by (Gregg) on the BDB team, and that happened the very next day. The day after Bob came at the time promised, and did a thorough job, including re-checking everything a few times, and when he saw the bannister ti my basement was a little loose, he fixed that with no extra charge without my even asking. I would highly recommend both Bob Dandi/BDB, his expert Gregg, and thank “Thumbtack” for a quick, great referral to my repair problem.
