Cha Cha took on a terribly intricate job on my quilt. She shortened the sides to fit my bed. Beautiful and seamless hemming. Out communication was great and she could tell exactly what I needed. Wonderful person to work with. Shout out to Cha Cha. Recommend her wholeheartedly. Thank you, Cha Cha.

We had receiving blankets left over from when our daughter spent a few months in the NICU. We wanted to commemorate this time with a custom quilt, baby, blanket, and stuffed bear. Working with Chacha was a dream. She communicated every few days on the progress of the project, informed us on the pricing and follow through on every request. She was a really great communicator. We were thrilled with the end product. Highly recommend Chacha.

Cha-cha was incredibly easy to work with, quick to reply, asked all of the right questions, and gave the perfect support. We had a quilt of memorable shirts made for my daughter‘s graduation gift and I’m so excited to give it to her!

When my grandma passed, I wanted to do something special for my family and I. I was looking for someone to make a quilt out of all of my grandmas favorite clothes. I chose Cha Cha because I was reading all of the reviews. I had communicated to her what I wanted and she went with it. I had a hard time communicating back because I had to go through an unexpected surgery. She was so patient with me, and even with all of that she was able to get me in early when and it was finished by Christmas. I gifted it to my mom and it was amazing. I loved the communication and all of the updates. When the quilt came my family and I were in awe of it.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want my customers to know that I am fair and flexible with my quotes. I need to get to know what the customer needs by asking questions and we work together as a team!!
There are discounts for multiple quilts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself. Get to know what the customer wants and needs. Ask lots of questions. And work closely with them through thorough communication. Be interested in the OTHER PERSON! Then all things go well!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been 🧵 sewing for over 40+ years! Learned a lot from school, my lovely seamstress mom and trial/error! 👍👍
Had a sewing business. Lots of Bridals!
