Five star service all around. When our dryer suddenly started to thump, I made an appointment on the Mr. Appliance website for service the next day, but shortly thereafter received a call from the office and was able to schedule same-day attention. The office sent a text with a picture of the Service Professional (Mo) when he was on his way. Mo diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it clearly, provided an estimate, then spent about 45 minutes repairing the dryer. Fast, easy, reasonably priced - I was back in business for our weekly load of sheets and towels. And Mo was a pleasure to work with.

Mr. Appliance charges by the job instead of by the hour and provide an accurate quote before we begin any work. If you choose not to have the repair done, you will only pay our diagnostic fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will never attempt to diagnose your appliance problem over the phone; that is because we want our quote to be based on facts not speculation. We will show and diagnose the problem and give you an exact quote for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work on all makes and models of appliances. We also have several different options of training programs that our service professionals can access to keep their education up-to-speed.
