FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from project to project. However, my standard hourly rate is 75/hr. The client will be well informed on the pricing when the contract is delivered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a friendly conversation is the best way to start. I want to know what the clients' needs are, what problems there is in the space, and what mood they want to create. Next is touring the space, taking measurements as needed, and then I go plan for my presentation to the client. I am a visual person, and it is helpful to create a mood board, vision board, and sometimes a rendering. These visuals are also included in my e-design services. Here is where the client approves or recommends changes. With all this being said, I am a transparent person. I do not keep anything from my clients because I know that builds trust and respect that they deserve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have excelled at Penn State University and achieved a degree in Business Management. This has taught me how to be organized, upfront and transparent with my customers. Throughout my school career and onward, I have completed projects for multiple clients including homeowners, home flippers, and real estate agents. With all of this knowledge and experience, I have obtained all the essential tools and more to make my customers happy.
