Kristen stayed two days/nights to care for my pack of 8 - yes, eight - spoiled, pampered dogs while we attended the Westminster Kennel Club. She came twice to meet the dogs before our trip. I could see that they were warming to her quickly, even the two shy ones showed signs of acceptance. I was comfortable leaving them with Kristen. We had a great trip. I certainly won't hesitate to hire Kristen again and thankfully, she is willing to stay with them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on how many animals are involved and if it's for walking on a weekly basis the distance plays into pricing as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk to the client on the phone to discuss details. I require an initial visit with the client(s) and pets to make sure everyone is comfortable. If they hire me, I would normally collect full payment and house keys at that time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've only owned animals all my life and have been pet sitting for 8 years.
