- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Though I do have a base rate, I provide discounts based on the number of sessions booked and paid for in advance. Call or email for more info on how I can provide excellent value for my services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with an open & honest dialog with the customer. I evaluate each client's needs and expectations as well as the dog's temperament, learning abilities, environmental factors etc. Based on my evaluation and discussion with the client, I offer a training plan that is specifically tailored to the client & their dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Volhard School For Canine Instructors. I have also participated in numerous seminars on many aspects of canine behavior and training and have studied my craft with some of the world's best trainers/handlers. I have also earned top placements as a competitor in local, regional and national K9 events.
