Tom came to my aid within an hour when my central air conditioner broke during the worst part of a 4-day summer heat wave. My house temperature rose to 87 degrees, and my 74-year-old husband was struggling with his multiple health issues like CHF and COPD. When Tom heard about my husband's health problems, he immediately agreed to install the air conditioner we had bought. I thank God I couldn't find anyone else who could do the installation on such short notice. Tom didn't hesitate to take the job late in the day, even as a last-minute request.
