We had a great experience with the installation of our water slide. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing from start to finish. The setup was completed quicker than expected, and everything was done with attention to detail and safety.

Tom came to my aid within an hour when my central air conditioner broke during the worst part of a 4-day summer heat wave. My house temperature rose to 87 degrees, and my 74-year-old husband was struggling with his multiple health issues like CHF and COPD. When Tom heard about my husband's health problems, he immediately agreed to install the air conditioner we had bought. I thank God I couldn't find anyone else who could do the installation on such short notice. Tom didn't hesitate to take the job late in the day, even as a last-minute request. He and his dad arrived quickly, placing and securely installing the window air conditioner within the hour.

Tom at Taskpro got back to me quickly on a Friday evening about a leak in my mother’s refrigerator that caused water damage in her basement. I never expected it, but Tom offered to come over that very night! He drove over 45 minutes to get there. He spent over two hours there was a complete professional. He stopped the leak and is now working on finding a replacement for the water valve, which is at least 25 years old and no longer made. I would highly recommend Tom and Taskpro to anyone having appliance issues or in need of a professional for house repairs. Very knowledgeable guy with very reasonable rates. A++
