Tom replied quickly to my call concerning a broken washing machine. He was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly and arrived at the time he said he would be there. A second visit was needed to make the repair with the new part and again he responded quickly and got us on his schedule in a timely manner. He arrived on time, made the repair and cleaned up afterwards. I thought he was very professional and I will be calling him again when a repair is needed!
