- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is the way it is because my worker and I are very detailed, orientated cleaners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over everything I'm going to do and what I mainly use. I always make sure no one is allergic to any chemicals. I also leave a thorough list at the end of the clean so they know what was done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had a lot of training from two different companies and training from my father who owned his own business for decades. I grew up on a horse farm where I learned how to manage my time and execute different jobs quick and effectively. Working hard has always been in my blood.
