- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and will work closely with your insurance company and/or insurance adjuster to make sure that the homeowner gets the maximum reimbursement for mold and water damage to their property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free onsite estimates and have technicians available 24/7. After our customers have contacted us, we will dispatch a technician based on the homeowners availability. Free estimates can be provided on the initial visit so the homeowner can anticipate the actual cost of the remediation work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified.
