Kate was amazing. Not only did she make sure that everything we asked for was taken care of, she corrected any issues before we could notice. I can not put into words how much she helped make my daughter’s wedding perfect. If you’re considering using a planner/coordinator, please contact her. You’ll thank me.

As our day of coordinator, Kate was a pleasure to work with! She was very professional, organized and has a pleasant personality. From our first conversation, it's very easy to see that she loves what she does. Our wedding day was filled with 2 ceremonies, a luncheon and a reception with lots of moving parts. It involved 3 locations and Kate was helpful in coordinating these events. Every time I had a question / concerns she was very quick to respond. She consistently checked-in with me to see if I needed any help leading up to the day of the wedding and eased my nerves. She even met us for a pre-check visit at 1 of our wedding/reception site. Working with all our vendors throughout the day, she made sure the day went smoothly. What really helped our magical day stay on schedule was an amazing timeline created by her ( which incorporated the photography and the DJ timeline as well). She went to all 3 locations before any event began and made sure everything was setup as we had planned. Kate was exceptional at taking care of logistics at our reception site and helped with the setup and breakdown of the hall (Since it was DIY location). I would highly recommend Kate without any hesitation to anyone who's looking for a wedding planner! Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Kate. She was available at any time of day via text and email leading up to the wedding and on the day of, she handled every little detail so I didn't have to worry. On top of her being an amazing coordinator, she's a joy to be around - funny, engaging, and kind. I'm so glad I hired Kate, and I would recommend her a thousand times over.

I was looking for planners for my sister who is Orthodox Jewish and had very specific requirements around that, so we weren't able to hire Katie, but I wanted to note that she was the CONSUMMATE professional. She was very generous with her time and completely understanding and respectful of her needs. I could not have asked for a nicer interaction with someone I couldn't hire and had the circumstances been any different, I would have hired her in an instant. Where some wedding planners will be rude to you once they discover they don't meet your needs (I have interviewed several, between my own wedding and my sister's) Katie was kind and accommodating. I imagine it would be an absolute pleasure to work with her - and I got this read just off of our first interaction! I highly recommend her.

If you are on-the-fence about the value of wedding coordinator, take this Type-A bride's advice and DO it! Kate was incredible throughout the whole process, but her skills & warm personality shone through on our wedding day. I can honestly say that we could not have done it without her! She spent the whole day running around, ensuring that everything was perfect, so that my family & I could simply sit back and enjoy the Big Day. Her services were worth every penny (and more!!). My entire family had nothing but wonderful reviews of her personality and professionalism. She made this bride's day a dream come true! Thank you Kate!!! :)
