I needed a water heater replacement and sent out a request late at night. Within an hour so, Brandon replied and said he could come immediately the next day. He aided in the selection to determine best fit and solution, picked up a new water heater, installed quickly, and even removed the old heater to haul away.
Very professional and responsive, did great work, and offers very affordable and competitive pricing. Would highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sort of, I can pretty much ball park any jobs that are system replacement. Piping, duct and wiring systems require eyes on site usually though.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't really do anything out of the ordinary and make it something it's not. We're all people that have our own things going on. I come in, see what the best route is for them and let them know of the options available and let them decide which route they want to take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tech school, asssociates degree in hvacr. 10 years exp.
