- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the customers wants and needs. The cost reflects how much time is needed to accomplish the task, and sometimes a customer may need a deep clean, before they can move on to a maintence clean, which we are happy to do for them. After that is accomplished, we usually charge by the house, meaning a set price, so no surprises. We work with any budget , as all needs are different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to the home and meet with a potential new customer, and look at their property. This is a very brief meeting, but assures the customer, and us ,of a good start to a cleaning relationship. We then schedule the first clean to take place, then we do a folow up call, which will pull out feedback from that cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been a cleaning company for 19 years, and going strong. We have learned alot over the years on how to, and not to, satisfy almost any cleaning issue and type, be it a regular maintence, clean outs or ins, to commercial cleaning. We have taken the time to listen to feedback and learn along the way. We still have several customers that began with us, so many years ago.
