I needed a replacement door from my family room directly out onto my deck. I wanted something quality that looked nice and could do well against the elements since we spend a lot of time in this room. First time on Thumbtack. Entered project and heard from Thermal Sash within the hour. Knowledgeable and experienced team. I got a great door with a full length window with the internal blinds. Added deadbolt, weatherproof frame and exterior molding, and interior molding. They measured and custom ordered. Took about a month for the door to ship in. Installers did a great job. Removed old door, repaired some minor water damage, and did a flawless install. Great team. Great door. Exactly the quality door I wanted. Will definitely use them again.

Order Replacement window on 10/10 with installation to be completed in month time. Well lack of communication, meaning I had always had to reach out to them. We've had before thanksgiving promised gone, Dec 1 promise and gone. Call them again. No call back its now 12/12. I been so patient but now. Now having thumbtack assist with their so called professional. BUYERS For warned.. Look elsewhere..
