I needed a replacement door from my family room directly out onto my deck. I wanted something quality that looked nice and could do well against the elements since we spend a lot of time in this room. First time on Thumbtack. Entered project and heard from Thermal Sash within the hour. Knowledgeable and experienced team. I got a great door with a full length window with the internal blinds. Added deadbolt, weatherproof frame and exterior molding, and interior molding. They measured and custom ordered. Took about a month for the door to ship in. Installers did a great job. Removed old door, repaired some minor water damage, and did a flawless install. Great team. Great door. Exactly the quality door I wanted. Will definitely use them again.

John came out same day to quote my job onsite with samples of their products. The crew was prompt and arrived when they said they would and after a small oversight regarding unknown debris in the home they returned immediately and cleaned it up. Would definitely recommend them to others

Order Replacement window on 10/10 with installation to be completed in month time. Well lack of communication, meaning I had always had to reach out to them. We've had before thanksgiving promised gone, Dec 1 promise and gone. Call them again. No call back its now 12/12. I been so patient but now. Now having thumbtack assist with their so called professional. BUYERS For warned.. Look elsewhere..
