My giant Bernese Mountain dog has a serious anxiety when it comes to grooming – so much so that any groomer we have frequented he will not get out of the car to go to or makes himself sick even with medication. I found Zen mobile grooming and booked them. I was a little nervous to have my 120 pound dog washed in my house, but they truly changed my life. They were so kind he warmed right up to them. And though he gave a little trouble getting in the bath, he actually started to fall asleep during the process. 15/10 would recommend.

The efforts and professionalism of Zen Mobile Grooming have come as a pleasant surprise to me. I was a bit skeptical not knowing much about their operations. However, from the moment they arrived they provided a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable atmosphere. I have the honor of handling a “True Service Dog”. I handle her as a result of my Prior Service. She is as important to my continued well being as my helmet was. When the staff from Zen Mobile Grooming arrived they met my animal first, as is desirable for a groomer. Their obvious familiarity with animals immediately reduced my stress level. It also served to reduce the stress level of my animal. My Service Dog is high strung and very vocal. However this was not a deterrent to the knowledgeable staff. The care and concern for my animal was well above normal and well above anything I could reasonably ask for. The services provided are exemplary. My animal was treated with kindness and understanding “At all times “ The physical effort they put in were most impressive. The Nail Trim and following bathing were conducted with understanding and great kindness.My own doubts were alleviated within the first moments of interaction with “Zen Mobile Grooming “ This outfit is now my Go To and will remain as such. Anyone looking for a mobile grooming service will be foolish to go elsewhere. My animal thanks Zen Mobile Grooming as do I.

Zen Mobile Pet Grooming has come to my house twice to trim my very shy dog's nails.Justine is so calm and patient. She clipped all the nails very quickly and my dog even let Justine pet her. Zen is a very good grooming service! I highly recommend them!

Im visiting elderly family from out of state and desperately needed to get the familys dog a nail trim service. They were kind, gentle and confident with the service. Exactly the kind of people you want around your dog. The pup has a new pep in her step and the whole family was very happy with the results. Not to mention it was the day after Christmas and they were able to fit us into the schedule.Highly recommended!!
