- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we communicate over Thumbtack, and then we typically talk on the phone to discuss expectations and dates of service. From there I put together a contract that makes everyone feel more comfortable. I remain in contact via e-mail, text, and phone calls for the duration leading up to the shoot.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with brides, grooms, newly engaged couples, families, charities, companies, and have covered many special events such as anniversary parities, communions, baptisms, birthdays, and rehearsal dinners.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you connect with your photographer and get a great feeling from them after talking!
