Matt was a breath of fresh air. He was down to earth and explained everything I asked in detail. I was very impressed with his knowledge. I had a slide in stove installed and it was sticking out about 3 inches on either side due to the gas line. I had called another plumber who was going to do work on the gas line in the basement and then cut it to fit behind the stove for $400.00. Matt told me over the phone what the problem was and how he would fix it. He came out and was able to fix it by doing what he said he need to do - something to the gas line behind the stove -and sliding the stove right in for $200.00. EXCELLENT WORK.

Matt was great! I smelled gas and called peoples gas to access. They located the leak and turned off the gas while we found someone to cap off the leak. Matt came quickly to cap off the dead end pipe that was leaking. After capping it off, he checked the pressure within the gas link and noticed that it was clearly leaking elsewhere…that Peoples didn’t find. Through his diligent effort, he found that majority of the connectors in the gas line were leaking. The project was more than he originally planned but he came up with a plan to replace everything. He returned a few days later to replace everything and our gas is back on and our house and are family are much safer because of him. Matt is a great guy and incredibly detailed! Thanks again!

Matt reached out promptly and came to look at the project the next day. I needed my gas meter moved along with the piping inside the house to proceed with another project. He arrived on time and worked through an extremely hot day, demonstrating a strong work ethic. He had to dig approximately 3 feet to get to the gas line where the new connection was to be made. He had to hammer through a retaining wall foundation that was too close to the gas line and could've caused problems in the future. He drilled through the concrete block wall for the new access to the house and rerouted gas lines that were difficult to disassemble. To get to the inside pipes, he had to cut through drywall, but was very efficient at it. He worked with the gas company (which was required) to properly test the line for safety. I feel confident that the project was done correctly and will use Reliant again if the need arises.

Matt was awesome! Like another reviewer we had an issue with older gas lines and Matt was able to replace them for a very reasonable price and quickly. He responded immediately to my inquiry and came out the next day to give us a quote. He started the job on the day we agreed and finished the same day. He also helped us with the gas company, getting the gas turned on and the concrete closed back up. I would have also selected professionalism and punctuality but you can only pick 3 on the previous page when submitting a review. Matt went over and beyond and we would definitely contact him again for future work without hesitation. Thank you!
