Michael put a ton of effort into ensuring that the work came out the way he wanted to. We encountered several unexpected challenges with our project that he was able to work around. I appreciated his communication and that he was honest from beginning to end, and the people he brought with him were incredibly respectful of our property and cleaning up after themselves.
Hired them to tear out and replace our old cracked driveway, pour a new stamped concrete back patio, and build a retaining wall. The grading and finish work were top-notch, and the whole project was finished right on schedule. Honest pricing, great communication throughout, and they left the yard spotless. Hard to find contractors with this level of pride in their work.

I used Michael to clean and mow our lot in Pittsburg. 1st time (I believe it was done). We agreed on getting work done every 3 weeks to keep the lot cleaned. He charged me for 3 hours worth of work stating there was a lot of trash everywhere + mowing. He sent me the pics attached as work done. Pic very much looks altered but I still gave him benefit of the doubt. Only to get a call from the county stating a violation because the lot was not cleared.
When I reached out to him, I got multiple excuses for why it wasn’t actually done and that it was his partner - guessing whoever the D in the M&D is and that it wasn’t michael himself. Now he won’t give me a refund for the work or answer my calls
