- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am reasonable. With me just getting started, I really want to be as competitive as possible. I know it takes time to establish your name in a business like this. Don't hesitate to reach out even if you are worried about finances. I will do my best to reach a fair agreement for both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is everything. As long as the customer and I are on the same page, the rest seems to always go smoother!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in business, and have worked for 10 years with a company that really made me think outside the box, and put me in situations that molded me into the person I am today.
