My first session was today 4/5. And I was kind of nervous at first that I was going to have a male therapist, but it worked out in my favor. From this session I’ve gathered carlos to be very responsive and straight to the point of the issue. He makes you reflect on yourself, and asks you questions that you haven’t asked yourself. His goal is to help you and your issues, and I could feel that I could get comfortable without being judged.
