They were great!! He knew v exactly what the problems were and addressed them immediately with his Tech. They worked so well together & were diligent in getting my turtle filter up & running. They built an awesome rock climb to get onto his floating rock. His Tech was a natural at all she did to get my turtle happy & comfortable in his environment. I can't thank them enough for coming so soon & taking care of everything so professionally, kindly & camly! Thanks guys! I learned a lot! Take care & I will let you know how we are doing. You 2 are the besr!!
