The service I received was absolutely great. He was professional, punctual, and thorough with the work. He took time to explain the issues and solutions in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Not only was the problem fixed efficiently, but he also gave some helpful tips and came back to do some further preventative maintenance.

Let me begin by saying the service I received from Howell & Sons HVAC was outstanding!
What made their service outstanding?
Their Response time to my service inquiry was same day ( literally within 1-2 hours)
I spoke directly to the owner, not a generalized technician or secretary.
He took the necessary time to listen and address all of my concerns, providing a plan of action for the appointment.
I was sent an appointment reminder in addition to updates regarding arrival time. They’re EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL!!!
My tenant text me after the visit and expressed how professional and courteous he was.
As the owner of the property, I was kept up to date with everything that was being done. He also made suggestions on how to prolong the life of the system. The cost of the service call was AFFORDABLE and yearly maintenance plans are available which I took advantage of immediately.
From start to finish Howell & Sons HVAC maintained a high level of Professionalism and integrity. Thank you Atif for providing such great service! I look forward to doing more business with your company!

I found the service person quite personable, knowledgeable and willing to explain what was being done and why. He treated my home with respect and, very importantly, was on time. Given the reasonableness of the prices, I highly recommend the company.
