- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as reasonable and honest as possible! I have commercial accounts at the majority of paint stores and get big discounts on paint! I share those discounts with my customers instead of taking the differences off the top!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually come to your location after talking with you on the phone at a time that works for you and will help you through some of your thought process and confirm what it is exactly that you want done and provide a free estimate! Some smaller jobs I can estimate over the phone with pictures or FaceTime!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the painters union running commercial work for DC21! I have since transitioned into doing mostly residential work! Residential and commercial are completely different beasts but having the knowledge and experience from both worlds and being able to apply that knowledge in both fields of work has helped me tremendously!
