- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inform our customers: "We are not attorney's licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are not allowed to draft legal records nor give advice on legal matters (including immigration matters) or charge a fee for those activities. We are not allowed to give advice on financial matters or charge a fee for those activities."
