John contacted me soon after I reached out to him and was very flexibile with the timing of our appointment. He was punctual and personable and explained what the tune-up would entail. He stayed about an hour and a-half, as he had estimated, and my piano sounds great. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I will be calling him back when it's time once again for a tune-up.

I would highly recommend John for any personal piano services. We inherited a stand up piano from a relocation and throughout the process John was responsive, detailed and transparent in offering short and long-term options that made sense to us. John arrived diligently 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. John was performing a first time piano tuning for us. Not only was this beautifully done, he also fixed the the lid over the keys. John treated the piano as if it was one of his own. He is an honest and nice man. Rates are very reasonable. This is the only piano tuner I want to use. I highly recommend!
