- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be upfront with our pricing before work begins. In some instances it is difficult to price a job before knowing all of the details of a job. In these instances work may be required and charged for based on time to investigate the full scope of the issue at hand. Once the full scope of work is known a price to complete it can be provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Master Plumber License issued by the city of Lancaster, Pennsylvania - Master Plumber License issued by the Delaware County Municipalities Plumbing Council - ASSE Backflow tester Certification - ASSE Backflow Repairer Certification - 4 year plumbing apprenticeship with the Philadelphia Suburban Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors (PHCC) Association.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew I wanted to work in a skilled and began looking into HVAC, Automotive, and Plumbing. I landed with a plumbing company and quickly started to learn the trade and had fun doing it. One thing about this industry is that there is always something new to learn, so the learning never stops! I am passionate about the trade and hope to positively influence young men and women considering a career in the trades, specifically in plumbing.
