Introduction: Hello! My name is Daniel and I work on an IT Helpdesk. Why go to best buy and pay them $200+ for help? Why pay a professional computer company hundreds of dollars? I am A+ and MCP certified and if you are not satisfied then you do not pay me anything. I can help you with all of your computer needs with your laptop or desktop. I am always looking for extra work. My services include: * Setting up hardware (printers, routers, etc.) * Installing software * Reinstalling Windows * Slow computer * Installing Ram, CDROM etc. I can either come to you and help or I can connect to your computer remotely and fix the problem.
