Introduction: I teach beginner piano as early as three years old through Adult advanced. I teach voice and do a lot of vocal coaching for performers. (Elementary through Adult)
I studied at Westminster Choir College and University of Houston and have a bachelor's degree in music education, piano performance, and voice. I am also the Choir director for a church and two home-school choirs.
I love what I do. There is much laughter and hard-work during lessons.

Ms. Betsy taught both my daughters from the age of 4. At that time, she was very patient with the young learners. She made lessons fun and at the same time my daughters proficiency in playing increased with each lesson. Now at the age of 13, my oldest daughter is at a very advanced level all through the teachings of Ms. Betsy. She also gave voice lessons to both of my daughters. My daughters were very reluctant to sing in public. A year after their first voice lessons with Ms. Betsy, my youngest was selected to the District Honor Choir and my oldest was selected to the Region Choir and has also been selected as section leader for her school choir. I would recommend Ms. Betsy to anyone from the age of 4 to 94. The Briones Family.

Ms. Betsy worked with our 16 year old son who had no experience with singing. He felt very comfortable with Ms. Betsy and learned a lot in a short period of time. Ms. Betsy was kind, patient, had a great sense of humor, and was very informative. As a parent, I was totally comfortable and at ease with Ms. Betsy and hope we will work with her again in future!
