- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonably priced. We call it “The Goldie Locks Zone”. We give you the best product we can to make sure you only have to do your roof once in your lifetime, at a price that will fit anyones budget. After all, the most expensive roof.. is the one you have to do twice. We honor the military, teachers, firefighters and medical professions by offering a discount, to show our appreciation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with our customers at their home to make an accurate assessment. We treat everyone as an individual and will make sure your questions and concerns are heard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone within our company has at least 15+ years in the industry.
