Introduction: I have combined my two passions -- riding and yoga. I have been a lifelong horse enthusiast, and I am a certified HSG trial guide and certified riding instructor, as well as a certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance.
I have a 300-year old building where I teach yoga and two horses for the "just-riding" lessons, or a combination of both.
Classical horsemanship and traditional yoga are ancient practices that both originated thousands of years ago. Both yoga and riding are timeless studies that lead the practitioner down the road of self-growth and discovery.
