Really happy with the work J Squared Specialty Floor Systems did on our garage floor. The crew was friendly, showed up when they said they would, and you could tell they take pride in their work. Our pricing is based on the size of the project, surface preparation requirements, coating system selected, and overall job complexity. Because every concrete floor is different, we provide detailed custom estimates after reviewing the space. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees and can recommend different coating systems to fit a variety of budgets. Discounts may be available for larger projects, multiple areas, or repeat customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand the project and the condition of the concrete surface. From there, we schedule a site visit or request photos to evaluate the floor and recommend the best coating system. After providing a detailed proposal, we schedule the installation. Our process typically includes professional surface preparation, crack or joint repair if needed, application of the coating system, and final quality inspection. We always walk the customer through the finished floor and provide care instructions.

Our team is trained in professional concrete surface preparation and installation of advanced floor coating systems including epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, and resin-bound rubber and stone systems.
