Dan was incredibly helpful. The situation I called Dan out for had changed when he arrived. I thought all of my koi had died, but that was not the case. Dan spent a lot of time helping me get all of the ice out of the pond, tending to the koi and taking the netting off and replacing with a new one. He was super helpful. I am so grateful he is who I chose to help me with my issue.

Dan came the day I called him, arriving on a blustery, rainy evening with a calm and friendly demeanor and then quickly proceeded to analyze and remedy our mice infestation.
