- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Patio Patrol bills a monthly subscription price for each month of the season (usually April - October). We do not charge per spray. We use the best products and procedures available to control ticks and mosquitos effectively and safely for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will onboard new clients by answering any questions and noting any concerns or trouble spots on their property. Customers are alerted each time before coming out to the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are Certified Pesticide Applicators in PA. We also have additional training coursework that is internal to Patio Patrol.
