- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As for discounts, at the moment I am offering pay for 3 lessons get the 4th lesson free for new students! All of my costs are all upfront with no hidden fees or charges for virtual lessons! 30 minutes - $35 per lesson 45 minutes - $50 per lesson 60 minutes - $65 per lesson For any in-person lessons, I charge an additional $1 per mile I have to drive to and from the student's location for lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to new students I first want to answer any initial questions they have and to get to know them a little bit. I want to learn about their skill level (even absolute beginners), what music they like and want to play and figure out the best route to achieve their goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing music for over 20 years now, primarily guitar and piano. Learning how to play m favorite songs and to write new songs became a passion in my life as I explored both the self-taught route and private lessons to improve my lessons and learn more about music. That experience in both in and out of personal instruction gives me bigger insight into what the average student needs and how they can skip potential pitfalls.
