Gary and Tracey were wonderful to work with. We were unsure on which type of luxury vinyl plank to use and Gary was very patient and accommodating during our decision making. Excellent customer service, quality products and respectful Staff. Owner comes to your home with samples of his products. Personable and professional. Installers left my home clean and did an excellent job. Owner inspects the work while in progress and checks the next day to make sure of your satisfaction! I was tremendously impressed and have already planned for more work to be done on the second floor. Thank you for a great experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a free in-home estimate that includes cost of floor and other materials needed, repairs (if needed) and installation. We offer affordable payment options and are more than willing to work with you to stay within your budget. We even provide a satisfaction guarantee!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will follow up the day prior to confirm your appointment. Our owner/design associate will come to your space in our mobile showroom offering 3,000+ products. Once the area is measured and the product is selected, you will receive a quote on the spot. If the quote is accepted, we begin by ordering the product and scheduling installation. We even follow the job through completion to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everybody in the Floor Coverings International family receives 100's of hours of computer based and hands on training. We visit the home office in Atlanta 2-4 times a year for specialized workshops. We meet monthly with our reps from each company to learn the latest installation techniques and tips to get the most longevity and performance out of each product we carry. Every installer is scrutinized for certifications, references, years of experience, and overall talent. We aren't looking for a bargain when it comes to installers, we are looking for the best available at a good value.
