Darrell and Florida are a great team! Florida responded quickly and made sure everything was in order. Darrell went above and beyond for the carpetcleaning. My carpets had some deeply engrained pet urine odors, and he came back a second time to work out these areas. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

There were hiccups with the initial booking, but Florida rectified the issue immediately with the utmost professionalism. I received two replacement cleaners that were amazing! My house is sparkling and smells good!

Santi-clean was professional from the initial contact right up to the point of saying goodbye. Darrell, who serviced me was very thorough and paid attention to details. I requested a deep clean because a tenant of 5years had just moved. During the clean it was discovered that the tub & kitchen sink were draining slow. Darrell was very kind & suggested something to use that will clear up the stuff in the drains. My property is now nice, clean & ready for the next tenant. I would definitely use Santi-clean again.

I do offer discounts for first time clients and additional discounts for recurring services
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts by learning exactly what services the client needs and understanding their budget so I can work within those ranges. I’m always upfront with pricing so there are no hidden fees or surprises. Most importantly, my focus is on delivering quality work that leaves clients fully satisfied. If someone is more focused on the price than the results, then I know I haven’t done my job right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been cleaning for over 20 years, starting with homes for family and friends. Through that experience and hands-on training, I’ve built a strong foundation in providing quality cleaning. What I love most is knowing my work makes a difference—and seeing the smiles on my clients’ faces makes it all worthwhile.
