- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, when we receive a request from a customer, we set up a time to view their project. We will not provide an estimate without visiting the project site, taking proper measurements and reviewing the specific customer needs.On our initial visit, we will get information from the customer regarding their project and discuss their material and design of interest. We then prepare our quote which provides a detailed description of the proposed work. We discuss the proposal and answer any questions or address concerns they may have and make sure we check in with Township permit requirements for the job. We can help the customer pick the finish goods for their project that will provide them the durability and functionality within their price point. We check at specific points along the project to make sure the customer is happy with how the project is progressing and incorporate any additional changes the customer would like along the way. We do not change anything without the prior written approval of the customer.
