Very prompt, always on time. Responds immediately to all correspondence, accurate estimate of the work. Was very respectful of our home. Used dropcloths throughout work area, did exceptionally good work, and cleaned all areas upon departure. Worked quietly and completed work in a timely manner. Had good ideas for completing renovations for maximum impact. Would highly recommend Firm Renovations, and we plan on using them again for our future projects.

We received fantastic service from Firm Renovations on our plumbing and remodel project. If you want a company that will stand by you while working through insurance repairs, Firm Renovations is that company!! We had water filtering through the roof and going down through our new remodeling project, with about three different companies doing the repairs, but the leak and damage continued. Finally, a friend recommended we call Firm Renovations. They were able to find the issue and make the most price-efficient option. They are fair because the other companies wanted us to replace our house's right-side wall, plumbing, and flooring. Firm Renovations was able to find the issue and solve it without having to do an unnecessary project. Honesty at its best! Thank you for your honesty and professionalism, which is hard to find.

Roberto and his team were fantastic. From the moment I contacted Roberto, to him and his team finishing our job; they have always been professional and punctual. We needed to get a new Lally column installed, replace old siding and also update our gutters. My wife and I were very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

Roberto at Firm Renovations was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find parts for some of my small handyman projects. He came in with two of his crew members and they were able to knock out an entire list of my "to do" projects. They responded immediately after I posted on Thumbtack and they also came out for an estimate right away. They were on time for the job and they were neat and organized with all projects. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, when we receive a request from a customer, we set up a time to view their project.
We will not provide an estimate without visiting the project site, taking proper measurements and reviewing the specific customer needs.On our initial visit, we will get information from the customer regarding their project and discuss their material and design of interest. We then prepare our quote which provides a detailed description of the proposed work. We discuss the proposal and answer any questions or address concerns they may have and make sure we check in with Township permit requirements for the job. We can help the customer pick the finish goods for their project that will provide them the durability and functionality within their price point. We check at specific points along the project to make sure the customer is happy with how the project is progressing and incorporate any additional changes the customer would like along the way. We do not change anything without the prior written approval of the customer.
