East Coast Roofing Systems was founded out of the notion that obtaining contracting services (in our case roofing), should be as streamlined and customer service friendly as shopping at the mall, attending a doctor's appointment, or booking a stay at a hotel. East Coast Roofing was amazing. From the minute we reached out, until the job was done. Alec responded very quickly which seems to be difficult for most other companies these days. Most importantly they showed up, did excellent work and stood by their quote. I reached out to 4 other companies before I found these guys and was either stood up or no response. These guys we’ll be the only ones I call for roofing and gutters moving forward!

From start to finish, East Coast Roofing was the best construction experience I have ever had. They responded quickly to my estimate request, arrived punctually, took all the necessary measurements, gave me a brochure of the exact roofing tile options, and sent in an excellent, detailed bid all within 24 hours. I looked at 4 roofing companies, and this estimate was one of the best prices and far and away the most professional. In the two weeks before the reroofing, I was sent detailed emails about what to expect, exactly where the dumpster would be placed (with photos), and when I added a couple concerns they were quick to address them and respond. They did a large complicated roof to my winery all in one day!! The foreman was on site the whole time and there was a hard working crew of about 8 guys working from 7 am to 7pm. I have never seen anything like it. And they cleaned up all the mess, reattached gutter and new fascia board too. When I asked if there’d been any problems, the foreman said a few roof nails had penetrated the wood ceiling (it is a barn type room) so he went to the hardware store, bought shorter nails, redid that area then did wood fill and stain for those tiny holes! Above and beyond. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I hired them but the project hasn't begun as yet, we have to schedule a date. Everything about Eastcoast Roofing is incredible. The person that came out, Nick was so thorough with every detail withy project. He is so helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of every aspect of if the job. I received my estimate which was fair and was sent information of the Company and everyone who is involved. They care about their products and satisfaction for all their customers. It's been a pleasure so far and I know I the project will be a pleasure as well.
