Introduction: East Coast Roofing Systems is a roof replacement company based out of King of Prussia, PA. Founded by a local long time member of the roofing industry and a Landscape Architect, combined we have over a decade of experience in both the professional world, and roofing industries. East Coast Roofing Systems was founded out of the notion that obtaining contracting services (In our case roofing), should be as streamlined and customer service friendly as shopping at the mall, attending a doctors appointment, or booking a stay at a hotel. Above all, we are a team of honest down to earth people that are passionate about excellence, always learning from our mistakes, and striving to do better in every respect.

Joe & Alec are the go-to folks for trust, quality, punctuality, expertise, and professionalism. Nowadays it's very rare to find roofers via some app or google search, or rather state individuals. As one always says it is the individuals who form a team/firm. We got lucky to have them for our chimney step flashing issue. Their price was way reasonable and the intent was to fix the issue, not rip the customer by suggesting a complete roof change and scaring them. I will suggest just reaching out to them with no hesitation and complete trust. Usually, I refrain from reviews but when work has ethics & passion with customer centricity, you have to recognize it and have others benefit from it. For photos check the google review post.

Alec and Zoe were very professional, respectable, updated us on everything being done through the whole project from start to finish. Alec came out and did the initial estimate, then he followed up a few days later to see what our thoughts were on going with their company. We were still in the process of getting other estimates , he was not a pushy sales person at all. He just said whenever you decide let us know so we can move forward with installing your new roof. Then after a few more estimates, we were sure that we were going with east coast roofing systems. I called Alec and told him the great news that we were going with them, and within a fees days they had the roofing project scheduled to be done. The day of the project was just as easy for us as home owners. They crew came out about 6:45am, started unloading their materials right away. They were up on the roof by 7:00am, they trapped the whole house, started removing the old shingles and any wood that needed replaced, by 11:00am all the old stuff was off the roof. The guys took their lunch break was back on the roof replacing the roof with the new shingles, they were done with the roof completely by 3:30pm, cleaned up their materials and was pulling out of our driveway by 4:15pm. All the people involved in the process from start to finish was excellent. We were very hesitant with going with a newer up and running company for a big project like a roof, but overall we are so happy and grateful we did. We would recommend this company to anyone that is looking at getting a roofing project done. The big companies charge way to much to get that same or better service. We had from $10,200 to $26,000 in estimates and honestly we went in the middle deciding what company to use. It’s all in what you want and believe in what you are getting. We felt that this company was the most honest and trustworthy to go with, and they would have your back if something was to go wrong with the investment that we just went through. Truly happy!!!!!!!

Where to start ? My roof was damaged after a storm a couple weeks ago, and given its age I thought it would be best to replace rather than repair it. East coast roofing systems was referred to me by a friend , and man am I glad I decided to call them. The level of professionalism I received from Pat was unparalleled. He was able to reassure me that I was in good hands , and get someone out to do a quote promptly. Throughout the entire process everything was explained to me clearly and concisely (I’m no expert on roofing ) and I felt taken care of throughout the installation of the new roof. The work was done correctly with no issues , and completed in a timely manner. If you need any roof work done, and you want it done right , I highly recommend these guys.
