- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home Again knows that we are only as good as the value we offer. Our experts will work with with you on an individual basis to select which products and services fit your need and budget. We will also see what programs and monthly budget plans you may qualify for to make your project more affordable. We have discounts for those who are in service to the community, family in the military and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fortunately, Roofing is not terribly complicated. We do an inspection to be as accurate as possible. A typical estimate can be done on sight in as little as 20 mins. We review any discounts or promotions and work to create a budget plan if needed. Any home renovation or repair is an important decision, but it shouldn't be a difficult one. We pride ourselves on our transparency and honesty. We have a very low key way of doing business. If we can come up with a solution that makes sense, great! Then we have done our job of creating a comfortable and high quality experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home Again has the been in business since 2008. However, our experience and track record goes back much further. We constantly update our training on products and installation techniques. We work directly with the manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product installation exceeds specifications for a proper warranty.
