FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Our specialty is troubleshooting hard to find leaks. I would say we determine & fix a wide variety of roofing siding and gutter issues. It is a rare occasion when after attempting to fix a leak, that a customer calls back with the same issue they had prior to our attempts at repairing. Though were not perfect. Even though repairs are not guaranteed when I am assure of the leaks cause i will provide a verbal pledge to come back and take care of the issue.alot of times the homeowner has paid numerous times for a leak to be fixed only to find that he will be paying it again. This is not acceptable! We tear into and re-do whatever the problem is. Caulking and spreading tar around isn't a repair its a quick fix in a pinch maybe , at least until it can be repaired correctly!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A customer that doesn't either personally know or are familiar with a paticular contractor should alaways obtain at least two references from two different clients that your potential contractor has done work for.Ask for job referalls that had different tasks performed. This should help you get a better feel for your contractors overall knowledge in his or her particular field\fields of expertese. Also try and do a little research prior tro meeting with your potential contractor.Make sure you have at least some sort of a general understanding for the work and procedures to follow. This will help prevent, or at least reduce, any sort of a misunderstanding or miscommunication arising between you and your contractor as far as job expectations and particulars. In other words make sure you are both on the same page before the jobs commencement.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Sometimes a customer doesn't know or just doesn't understand how physically demanding this job is. There is no such thing as an easy job! Anyone in this line of work earns their pay the hard way!
