Eric was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he respond quickly but he kept me updated on a time frame for his expected arrival as his day progressed. It was next day service so I was very appreciative. He explained the whole issue thoroughly then walked me through the different options for repair. He really went out of his way to be budget conscious as well. Overall very pleased. Will definitely call on him for any future AC service.
