Manny the young man that stretched my carpet was a pleasure to deal with. I showed him the carpet and he got all his tool boxes and came in and moved a few pieces of furniture and once he was done called me up to inspect it. I was amazed that the carpet looked just like it did when it was first installed 7 years ago. He then asked me for a vacuum clearer so he could clean the carpet and then put everything he moved back in place and then asked me again if everything looked right, which I said yes.
