MTS did an amazing job painting my foyer and staircase, which was too difficult for me to paint. They were able to start the project within days of our first visit and it turned out beautifully. Great communication and a wonderful team. Excited to work with them again!
Details: Home • 1 room • Trim • Walls • Doors • Over 14 feet (lofty ceiling) • Repainting, with a color change • Excellent - clean and smooth • Homeowner or property manager • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself • Owner

Great work all around! Braxton puts pride into his work! I've used him for multiple properties now and would highly recommend. He is very responsive and unlike most contractors you do not need to stay on top of him for communication. Great pricing for the quality of work done, would highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with my experience. The company provided a quote based entirely on photos that I sent him. He specifically said the photos were sufficient and did not need to come out to see the room in person. I provided detailed pictures showing the condition of the walls, including the cracks and other areas that needed attention, and I was told that everything could be addressed within the quoted price.
When he arrived, he spent approximately 25 minutes looking at the room and then told me the price would need to be nearly 100% higher than the original quote. At that point, he had already started scraping the walls.
I understand that unexpected issues can sometimes arise once work begins, but in this case, the condition of the room was clearly visible in the photos I provided before the quote was given. Substantially increasing the price once the work had started is not professional and shows poor management on their end and the entire industry.
What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability for the original quoting process and the fact that I was put in a very uncomfortable position after the work had already begun. I was working within a specific budget and would not have agreed to the job at nearly twice the quoted price.
Based on this experience, I would not use this company again.

I called Braxton to see if he could send someone to my house on super short notice. He responded promptly and was able to send somebody out three days later.I needed some sheet rock and plaster work done on my kitchen ceiling. Anybody who knows about old lath and plaster ceilings knows how difficult and messy it is to work with. I was a little bit concerned too because its my kitchen and you dont want your kitchen covered in plaster chunks and dust.MTS took care of this job in such a professional, clean, efficient manner.I was very impressed with the whole process. My house was left cleaner than it was before the work started.I would recommend MTS to anybody looking for professional, efficient work done on their property.
