I am the owner of New Beginning’s Moving and Hauling. Our goal is to give everyone a fresh start and a new beginning whether they be moving to a temporary space or their forever home we are here to help! We also do junk removals and we will help get rid of the old. where we provide commercial, residential, Junk removal cleaning, and much more! With over 12 years of customer service experience we always put our customers needs first! When you work with me you can be assured that the job will get done the right way the first time. I used Terrence at New Beginnings for removing tons of junk from my basement - not a fun job. In addition to hauling everything from TVs to furniture to glass tables and then just loads of stuff that took 20+ trips up and down very tiny steps, he was also really friendly and pleasant - and was so easy to make arrangements with . Terrence was amazing, fast, professional, and thorough. He was responsive from the first time I reached out to the day before (when I texted to confirm) and the morning of the job -- when he arrived right on time (even requested to come earlier). Great disposition, very fair estimate and cost, and I would use him again in a heartbeat. I am recommending him to friends and family, and will definitely be calling him again should I need this service (or moving)! So hard to know what to expect when you just google "junk removal" and find a list of people, so I feel very lucky that I clicked the right person. :-) Thank you, Terrence. Stay safe!
