I used Terrence at New Beginnings for removing tons of junk from my basement - not a fun job. In addition to hauling everything from TVs to furniture to glass tables and then just loads of stuff that took 20+ trips up and down very tiny steps, he was also really friendly and pleasant - and was so easy to make arrangements with . Terrence was amazing, fast, professional, and thorough. He was responsive from the first time I reached out to the day before (when I texted to confirm) and the morning of the job -- when he arrived right on time (even requested to come earlier). Great disposition, very fair estimate and cost, and I would use him again in a heartbeat. I am recommending him to friends and family, and will definitely be calling him again should I need this service (or moving)! So hard to know what to expect when you just google "junk removal" and find a list of people, so I feel very lucky that I clicked the right person. :-) Thank you, Terrence. Stay safe!

They showed up a few minutes early (good thing!) and were very professional. They immediately went to work removing several pieces of furniture for haul away. They were polite, friendly and did an excellent job. Would recommend highly and use again if needed! Thanks

Terrence and his team were there when i needed them. Very quick with coming out getting a estimate that work and was able to set a date with my schedule to get all items I wanted hauled away. Even grab some items that was not on the list but was going in the trash. So happy that I choose this company. I will definitely recommend and use their services again .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple it is finding out what the client wants to have removed or where they would like to move their belongings and I do the rest
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing junk removals and moving jobs for almost 10 years now from helping friends move to professional clean outs. It really started as a hobby and turned into something more.
