Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope, size, and condition of the project. We provide clear estimates upfront and tailor pricing to the specific needs of each property or project. No hidden fees—any changes to scope or cost are discussed and approved in advance. Discounts may be available for repeat clients, bundled services, or ongoing property support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief conversation to understand your needs, goals, timeline, and the current condition of the property or project. From there, I assess the scope of work and send a written proposal outlining the plan, pricing, and expectations. Once all parties review and agree, the proposal is approved and signed. Communication remains open throughout the project with regular updates and check-ins. I coordinate the work, manage the details, and after completion, review everything with you to ensure expectations were met and the job was completed properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a business degree and have hands-on experience in project management, real estate investing, and property operations. My background includes coordinating vendors, managing timelines and budgets, and implementing organizational and financial systems that keep projects and properties running efficiently. I continue to build my skills through real-world experience and ongoing professional development.
